It was spectacular! Due to an issue, our specialist was switched from Eleni to Mariliza. Both ladies were awesome. We did not have to worry about our transfers. We even received help with transfers to excursions we arranged ourselves without KimKim. When we asked for a last minute change for our last excursion, Mariliza was wonderful. Her suggested changed allowed us to do a wine tour in Crete and it was one of our best days! I have seen some people complain about lack of pricing transparency. Their website states that they do not do pricing breakdowns. Could we have gone to Greece for 12 days and paid much less? Absolutely! However to me, who normally plans our group trips, not having to do the heavy lifting was entirely worth it! I feel that we experienced a stress free trip of a lifetime me it was due to Eleni, Mariliza and their team. Totally satisfied!

Eleni and Mariliza were wonderful and patient in shaping an itinerary that suited my daughter and myself. We visited Athens, Naxos and Santorini, 3 days at each place. We were looked after each step of the way. The location and standard of hotels were good and we never had to worry about transportation as that we taken care for us. Mariliza checked in on us regularly to see how we were doing. Overall a memorable and enjoyable holiday!

We had a wonderful trip. Eleni's suggestions were spot on and never failed to impress! Each of our guides was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and a great ambassador for Greece. Special thanks to Eleni for proactively navigating us through an itinerary change due to nationwide transportation strikes that impacted our original plans. Before we knew it, we had new hotel reservations, flight reservations, and tips for how to spend our extra day in Athens. She made the entire trip stress-free, especially the adjustments.

This was a trip of a lifetime! Everything happened exactly how Eleni planned. The tours she chose were fantastic. All of our tour guides were knowledgeable, spoke excellent English, were fun, and provided an amazing experience. The hotels that Eleni chose for us were perfect. I can't say enough about how amazing the service was for the planning of this trip and will definetly use KimKim again.

I didn't take this trip but my brother and sister-in-law enjoyed every moment. Eleni was very responsive and extremely helpful in providing me with suggestions for experiences they might enjoy based on their interests. I'd rate this 10/10

Our trip was cancelled at the last minute after my wife got Covid three days before our trip. KimKim successfully moved the trip at no cost to us. We had the best trip we have ever had except the visit to Africa to meet our son in the Peace Corps.

KimKim provided very high quality private guides who made an enormous difference to our enjoyment and appreciation of all Greece has to offer.

Every driver they arranged was on time, courteous and helpful. The accommodations were first class and we were able to get in early most of the time, which is not common.

The trip we selected was not cheap, but it was a qualitatively superior experience. We plan to use the again.

Eleni was super responsive to our comments everyday both on transportation and hotels and made things right for us in everyway possible. The guides she booked for us for different areas of Greece were all super special and well chosen for their knowledge and character. The cooking class booked for us was super special and such fun. IT is obvious she has a deep knowledge of her area and this was most appreciated. Perhaps a better communication from us late in our planning would have made a better schedule but because our flights were changed not due to us, we had a few tours that should have been more spaced in our trip.

cleaning staff argued they cleaned our room but never did...!! and front desk didn't believe we were gone all day. and our driver coudl attest to that! we had to live with dirty bathroom, stinky bathroom and finaly got new towels at least and front desk clerk emptied our garb age .

although location is super great, one pays for it with space, very little space in rooms and plumbing not to par. Bath taking is a big problem although the bath tub is there . drainage is a problem which the desk knows but does not tell you. Cleaning staff leave bath plug out but it should never be out as when draining it overflows and totally floods the bathroom!!! yikes...

very small room for two people twin beds . lighting to read in bed was not well explained to us until we checked out and literally shown how to use it...We do understand the European hotels rooms are small and plumbing systems not upgraded to standards., The decor was new and clean and the front desk service was very very good.

After a few days of trading emails, Eleni developed the trip of a lifetime, really- this is not hyperbole. Eleni understood our desires and the resulting bookings were perfect for us. So knowledgeable, thorough, excellent communicator and on top of all this friendly! Our 16 day trip went off without a single mishap. All we had to do was follow the clear instructions provided in the thorough printed itinerary given to us upon arrival at the Athens airport. All drivers were prompt and drove safely. Anastasia, our tour guide for walking Athens, the Acropolis and Acropolis museum was fantastic. I think our time with her might have been the best private tour I've ever had. We loved how quiet the Elektra Palace hotel was. The rooftop pool with view of the Acropolis was fantastic.
Costas, our guide for Pyrgos Kallistis, ancient Akrotiri, and a wine tour on Santorini was top notch! The Dome Hotel we stayed at in Santorini had a fantastic, unobstructed view of the water and a wonderful poolside bar and friendly staff.
Paros may have been my favorite. Kanales Resort has wonderful food, helpful and friendly staff. Convenient to the my favorite town Naousa. Walking the narrow streets, shopping, and of course eating at fantastic restaurants. We loved our half day tour of Paros, walking narrow streets of the traditional town of Aranto was so peaceful and photogenic.
We are so glad we also choose to go north to Delphi and Meteora. So beautiful and again wonderful guides.

Dear Eleni! Our trip to Greece was a "trip of a lifetime." For Brett and I, this was our first trip to Europe and everything was perfect! We loved the accommodations: the Dome Resort in Santorini was quiet and provided a lot of personal services; the Kanales Resort in Paros was charming with a fantastic breakfast buffet and we loved the opportunity to walk into town in a few minutes to visit the shops and delicious restaurants; the pool and rooftop restaurant at the Electra Palace in Athens were wonderful; and finally the Elia Ermou hotel in Athens was in the heart of the city and allowed us to visit so many different neighborhoods, shops, taverns, and restaurants. Our transportation and guides were always prompt and so knowledgeable. They answered all our questions and connected the dots for us as they helped us learn some of the vast history and sights of the country; in particular, Anastasia was fantastic for the Acropolis tour, Costas was amazing for the tour of Santorini and the wine tour; and,Yannis was so informative as a transportation guide - both he and Costas showed us a places we wouldn't have seen without their guidance; finally Nickolas our driver to Delphi and Meteora was so entertaining and enjoyable - he had a ton of energy and ensured we enjoyed our trip through the mountains. The catamaran trip was breathtaking and one that I would recommend to anyone visiting Santorini - what a beautiful way to see the island. Thank you again for your incredible planning of our trip - it was just the right amount of travel, education, entertainment, and relaxation. I'm sure we'll be back to Greece - there is so much more to explore!
