Working with Kimkim was great! They helped me plan my trip to Norway quickly, and I'm really appreciative of them helping figuring out the logistics of traveling within the country, as well as giving me some good ideas of what to do in each location. Made planning the trip easy.

Ezdi followed our directions for a 5 day Bergen and Norway in a Nutshell trip for two 80 year ladies. Although arduous at times it was a trip of a lifetime. After nine days with family and friends in Stavanger we took the ferry to Bergen, which is a lovely trip. The cable ride, Hardangerfjord trips were wonderful. Our hotels were very adequate with sumptuous breakfasts each morning. Since this was the tourist season it was no surprise that there were not enough buses in Voss to take us to Gudvangen. We were lucky to get the last two seats that two men vacated for us. The scenery on our fjord boat trip took our breaths away. And, the Flam train trip took us through some of the most majestic scenery I have ever seen. Moving our luggage on this train was difficult but we had help from other passengers. Unless travelers are interested in souvenir shops, we found the 3+ hour layover in Flam too long. All in all, KimKim put together a trip that covered a lot of territory and wonderful scenery. We had a few logistical errors but kimkim bent over backwards to make up for any problems. Our trip was incredible and I appreciate the help from the travel experts. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed the trip put together by KimKim. All the transfers were easy to understand and having our e-tickets in pdf ahead of time made it all very easy. We enjoyed all the accommodations. And trip planning with Edzi before our trip was easy and communication was very good.

Kimkim team was very helpful on planning our Lofoten Islands trip to Norway. We had provided information on what we wanted to do while on our trip there, and they helped put together a detailed itinerary on the excursions and accommodations. They also provided us helpful information on places to check out on any down time that we had and were very responsive on communicating with us along the way if we had any questions. I would highly recommend and use KimKim again for future travels

beautiful views of the water and mountains from our cabin - walking distance to one of the best hikes in Norway, Reinebringen, as well as local convenience store and restaurant, which stayed open until midnight while we were there. staff very friendly and accommodating with any questions we had. great breakfast buffet. cabins were very clean. would highly recommend and visit again!

Horsebackriding on Icelandic Horses in Lofoten

First time ever attempting horseback riding and the instructors did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable with it. Were able to enjoy a number of different views and walk along the local beaches. Enjoyable experience I would recommend to anyone.

It all went very well. Meree was good, but unfortunately fell ill(?). Julia took over and was equally responsive.
A few misunderstandings were quickly fixed (hotel booking, change of dates on boat etc.
So it was all good, enjoyable and well done to the team!

Check this one off the bucket list! My wife and I have wanted to get to Scandinavia for a while - hunt for the Aurora Borealis, see Reindeer, stay at an Ice Hotel, be a 'musher' on a Dog Sled, etc . This trip to Norway, with the help of KimKim / Ezdi exceeded all expectations. All the things we wanted to do, we did... and more! Oslo was beautiful; we stayed at a 5-Start hotel: The Thief - for our 1st few days in Norway. The staff was MAGNIFICENT …. the dining SUPERB! The area is on a man made island and includes museums, galleries, businesses, restaurants, shops and more. Everything you need is within walking distance. .. even the Nobel Peace Center, the HQ for Helly Hansen, and the Royal Palace - residence to the King and Queen of Norway.

Then, we head north, inside the Arctic Circle - an hour and 45 minute flight to Tromso. After landing, we took a 10 minute bus ride through the mountains via a tunnel to Tromso city and our hotel: Scandic Ishavshotel - right at the marina. Views were spectacular. Tromso is a cute 'village' with wonderful and ample shopping, restaurants, site seeing, and, oh yes, The Troll Museum!! We used the Scandic as sort of our 'home base' as we ventured out on day and overnight trips to places like Camp Tamok for a night stay in the Tromso Ice Domes (Brrrrrr), snow shoeing, dig sledding, and hunting (WITH SUCCESS) the Northern Lights... and a night stay at Lyngen North and their Glass Igloos - this time with heat and unparalleled views of the Lyngen Fjord and Lyngen Alps through our floor to ceiling AND ceiling windows! Also, another beautiful night to soak in the Northern Lights! The staff at both Camp Tamok and Lyngen North were wonderful! ... Oh, I can't forget the reindeer we saw at Camp Tamok and the moose at Lyngen North.

A Holiday of a lifetime!

Fantastic trip from start to finish! Oslo is a beautiful walking city with such focus on history and art. Tromso a must see and highly recommend overnights to Tromso Ice Domes and Lyngen North Glass Igloos. People of Norway are amazing! Friendly, helpful and very welcoming!

We inherited this trip from a family member who did the initial planning. Im sure that part of the process was great. Once we were on the ground in norway, we found our specialists unresponsive, and we repeatedly ran into problems because none of the destinations had us in their systems, we were not sent transit tickets that had been prepaid… most of our requests for info or assistance were completely ignored.

We had an amazing trip to Norway, and appreciated all the work and responsiveness of the entire KimKim staff that was involved with our vacation including Ezdi, Julia, and Merée. So many great memories, and will try to highlight a few. We loved staying at Anker Brygge, and spending time in Svolvær. The cabins on the water are great, and the tour of the Lofoten Islands with Maurizio and Lofoten Lights was excellent. So glad the cruise up to Tromsø with Hurtigruten was included, a unique and beautiful trip through the Fjords, and saw Northern Lights over Lofoten Islands on our departure. Without a doubt the biggest highlight of the trip overall was staying in the glass igloo at Lyngen North. Incredible place, wonderful dinner, and we were lucky to have a very active aurora evening - stayed up late into the night watching the lights dance across the mountains. Back in Tromsø, enjoyed walking and exploring the town, shopping and hiking, and the cable car is definitely a can not miss experience. What a view. The dinner cruise was nice even with no Northern Lights to view. The only disappointment was that the Whale Watching Tour was not canceled/refunded. Easy to get overbooked, especially with a night activity followed by an early morning.

I was extremely satisfied with the booking process and communication as we changed itineraries and had questions leading up to departure. The KimKim team was great to work with.

Good location near airport, with smaller rooms and above average restaurant. Can catch shuttle from Airport (S55) or right out front of hotel to/from airport. Had trouble communicating with hotel before trip trying to arrange transportation. Was not easy getting a cab to hotel since it is relatively close (but not walkable). Once we learned about shuttle, it was easy getting back and forth.

100% highlight and a must do. We were blessed and lucky to have a night filled with Northern Light activity. I would have loved the stay regardless - what a setting. The three-course dinner was our best meal of our vacation and the staff is terrific. The travel up to the igloo was simple, and bus ride went by quick due to views and two ferry boat rides that break up the 3-4 hours.

Beautiful cruise around Tromsø. Had a beautiful clear evening, however no lights. Enjoyed being on the water and a different perspective of the city. Food was average, staff above and beyond excellent.
