I was born in Faial Island, one of the nine Azores islands. In 2006, I left my island to complete a tourism degree on São Miguel island. Since then, I've continued to live on São Miguel and am fortunate to work in my area, which I love.
What places and activities do you specialize in?
"Almost for 11 years, São Miguel is my home, although I have a close relationship with the place I was born, Faial. Regarding the other islands, I have good knowledge to prepare an experience that combines the different places on the archipelago."
How did you get involved in travel?
"The Azores archipelago, for me, is the best place to live, which arouses interest in getting to know the rest of the world that surrounds us. So I've already traveled on vacations to different places in order to gain different perspectives.
Luckily, I had a working experience that allowed me to know 8 of the 9 islands of Azores archipelago, and get close to this amazing paradise.
My biggest wish as a professional is to provide the best experience to people who visit us."

"The most unique travel experience that I will never forget was the climbing of Pico mountain. I was 15 years old, it was in August, and I saw the most amazing sunset. On top of 2,351 meters, anybody can feel the immensity of this incredible archipelago, for sure!"

The Azores are spectacular and an excellent itinerary with excellent accommodations and guides was put together. We absolutely loved the Azores and will likely return. The follow-up and attention to detail, however, was lacking. For example, our hotels were not included in any of the itineraries or welcome package. It took escalation to get confirmation and address information on the hotels. Items were provided that were not included in the itinerary but were added in the welcome package. It took 10+ days to get detailed charges so I could apply to Sata for refunds.
