I was born and raised in Vietnam, a country rich with breathtaking landscapes, diverse culture, ancient charm, and amazing food. That’s really why I studied tourism at university, as I’ve always felt that people around the world should get to experience how special my country is. My love for exploring new cultures took me on my first international trip to Thailand, and I quickly fell in love with it too: the smiles, the culture, the nature, the beach paradise and just the feeling of being welcomed everywhere I went. After years of getting to know both countries deeply, I’ve made it my mission to share their magic through personalized journeys that reveal the true heart of each destination. I’m detail-oriented, attentive, and dedicated to ensuring every moment of your trip feels seamless, meaningful, and truly your own!

How did you get involved in travel?
"I studied Tourism & Hospitality Management because I’ve always had a deep passion for sharing the beauty of Vietnam with the world. After graduating, I initially thought my path would be in the hotel industry and dreamed of becoming a hotel manager at one of the top hotels in Hanoi. But life gently led me back to my original purpose. I started my first full-time role as a travel consultant, and within just a few months, I knew this was exactly where I belonged. I still remember how happy I was to receive my very first 5-star review; knowing my travelers returned home with genuine smiles and memories they’d treasure for years means everything to me. Moments like that are what make me love this job more and more every day."

"One of my most unforgettable journeys was sitting behind my friend (my fearless rider) through the majestic mountains of the Ha Giang Loop. Winding along Ma Pi Leng Pass with the cool wind on my face, endless limestone peaks, and deep valleys below was absolutely breathtaking. What stayed with me even more was the warmth of the Hmong people and the simplicity of life in the highlands. Ha Giang is not just a trip; it’s a reminder of how stunning my home country is, and how rewarding it feels to explore places where nature remains truly untouched."

Everything from the planning stages until flying home at the end of our trip was seamless and well executed by kimkim. I started working with Hoa during the planning and booking but then Phuong stepped in before the trip and they were both wonderful. We had a great time with our guide Ron and driver Cow in Bangkok and Kanchanaburi. The excursions to the Elephant sanctuary and pig island/snorkeling was also great. Thank you so much!

The entire trip was great, especially as our first time in Asia. We were met with warm welcomes from the moment we arrived to when it was time to leave. Phuong and her team were great. Our greeter, tour guide for the night food tasting was also great and allowed us to make the stops we needed. The entire team was able to also accommodate changes to our trip due to my husbands unexpected ankle injury prior to us traveling. Overall a great experience and we will use KimKim again for our next SouthEast Asia adventure!
