Samiksha Bhattarai
I work in operations, where I help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. When it comes to travel, I like the same energy. For me, comfort first. I'm not about roughing it; I enjoy well-planned trips, cozy stays, and a bit of ease so I can actually relax and enjoy the journey.
What places and activities do you specialize in?
"Having been born and raised in Nepal, I know this place inside out. From the must-try activities to the perfect corner for evening tea while watching the sunset. If you're exploring anywhere around Kathmandu, I've got you covered."
How did you get involved in travel?
"Long story short, it all started because I'm a writer. Travel gave me stories, inspiration, and a change of scenery that fed my work, and what began as a creative escape slowly turned into a genuine love for exploring and now travel and writing go hand in hand for me."
Please share a unique travel experience you will never forget.
"One I'll never forget was in Pokhara, when I tried bungee jumping for the first time. Honestly, it was scary as hell. Standing at that edge felt like forever. But once I jumped, that mix of fear and adrenaline turned into one of the most exhilarating moments of my life."
