One word Fantastic!!! Definitely will use KimKim again when I travel. Vasilis was acceptional especially in 48 hrs. he arranged an alternate tour for a group of 12 because of the ships itinerary change do to weather. Everyone in the group was extremely pleased. Also had the pleasure to converse with Eric who was very helpful too. Thank you very much, be happy to tell the world to use your services and they won’t be disappointed! Anita Gagliardi
