We were unsure as to whether or not use a travel agent for our trip, after this trip…we will probably ALWAYS use one! We had the best experience with KimKim and Irene. Scheduling was prompt, detailed, and everything we wanted. No detail left undone. Irene was always very fast to respond to our inquiries, and always open to a call or Teams meeting. When we would suggest an idea, she always gave her honest option and recommendations which were very much appreciated based on her experiences.... Read more

Irene was unavailable after we had booked our trip and we were passed to another local agent. This made us a little nervous because Irene had been with us all along, however we had the best experiences with the new agent yet again! Absolute perfection! While on our trip to Italy we had a couple of questions or concerns along the way. We were able to message KimKim and we had a response each time almost immediately! One of the issues was with our first hotel checkin, and they even called and spoke to the hotel directly to clear the miscommunication up. Our travel guides on our actual trip were incredible! All English speaking, kind, funny, knowledgeable, and had our best interest along the way. We are grateful for all of them and the experiences they gave us. Kimkim did a great job of rearranging our travel plans one of the days unexpectedly. The Pope was in town and they adjusted our drivers/tours/times to make sure that we were able to enjoy our vacation to the fullest, rather than being stuck in traffic not able to access the city that was blocked off. Overall 10 out of 10 for the KimKim team that carried us through this amazing adventure! Thank You!

we had a really good visit to Lake Como. The weather goddess favored us and gave such a wonderful day - both cloudy and bright and sunny.! our guide adjusted our plan for the day according to the weather. He took care of the subway and the train tickets and over all had a lovely day w/ his help.

From arrival to departure this trip was divine! We were able to to relax and take in the history in Venice. Hands down, one of the most amazing guides I've ever experienced took us through St. Mark's Basilica and Doge's Palace. She left us with so many jewels of history we were in awe. It was a great start. Accomodations in Venice were exactly what we were looking for.

From arrival to departure this trip was divine! We were able to to relax and take in the history in Venice. Hands down, one of the most amazing guides I've ever experienced took us through St. Mark's Basilica and Doge's Palace. She left us with so many jewels of history we were in awe. It was a great start. Accomodations in Venice were exactly what we were looking for.
The food and wine tour in Florence was truly a highlight! We even went back the next day to purchase more bottles 🥴.
Our guide for the Uffizi & Accademia tour was nothing short of amazing as well.
The following day our day trip to Tuscany and San Gimignano took our breath away. The commute was filled with knowledge, history, and a light chat. Our driver couldn't have been more perfect. He was our absolute favorite!!!!!
Rome personally stole my heart, the Vatican in particular, and our guide was *chef's kiss*. I cried like a baby in the Sistine Chapel and the tears continued as we walked through the holy doors and experienced St. Peter's basilica during Jubilee!

We love KimKim travel. Have used for a few trips now. We worked wtih Tasos on our Italy trip and he was easy to work with and very accomodating. We had a couple of snafus on our trip (our fault, we left a couple of items in the hotel room) and the hotel reached out to KimKim who contacted us and all was remedied. All the hotels, transfers, tours were wonderful. We had the best family trip!! Read more

Irene did an amazing job or organizing our trip. Travel was seamless, getting from airport to train station to scheduled tours.
I would have to say Florence was my favorite part of the trip. It was a bit more laid back and less crowded. We really enjoyed our cooking class!
Anna, our tour guide for Pompeii was wonderful. Very informative and easy to talk to.
Kathy, our guide for the Colosseum did a fantastic job. Showing us Palatine hill (which we were not even aware of) and showing us the history of the city and ending the tour with the colosseum.
Such a special and memorable trip.

I wouldn’t miss this Tour. We had a small group of four. The tour guide was fabulous filled with information that she gave to us readily with good English and was very pleasant making our visit even more wonderful.

The drivers were very experienced and very fun way to get around. We never had to worry about how to get there.

Our transport was always there, even though sometimes we weren’t very accommodating when we got off at the wrong train exit they still came and picked us up.
