Hotel Costaustralis, Puerto Natales

The location was good although the window the first night wouldn't close so there was a good bit of road noise. The staff was not particularly helpful and the breakfast wasn't the best.

Great breakfast. Unfortunately, we had very little time to spend at this elegant hotel.

We loved the breakfast at this hotel! We were there only briefly, but it was very comfortable and for the short time we were there, we loved it!

Beautiful views of the water and mountains; easy to walk to restaurants and stores.

We were not able to get to adjoining room for our family of six but we had two rooms next to each other, which worked well. Breakfast was excellent. Continental style breakfast with an omelette bar. location was walking distance to multiple shops and cafés. Facilities were top-notch. One of our two rooms was too warm, despite the heat off in the room which was a complaint we overheard from listening to another patron. Rooms were a bit noisy as they were on one of the main streets. They had a beautiful view of the water, and there was a small playground for the kids right in front of the hotel.

Everyone was very helpful and the hotel was in a great location-easy walking distance to town right on the water. Only negative was that the rooms were hot. No A/C and you had to shut the window at night to block the light.

Excellent hotel for a stay in Porto Natales. The location is perfect for exploring town on foot. The view from the front of hotel is beautiful. The staff and breakfast buffet were fabulous. Because it is located on a busy street it can be a bit noisy. The rooms facing the road have the best views but if noise is a concern, ask for a room not facing the road.

Stunning hotel with beautiful waterfront view. Our room looked out over the water and we loved that we could open the window to catch the sea breeze. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very kind and helpful to us.

This is a great location with excellent views. You can walk to a lot of cute restaurants and shopping. The only flip side to this hotel is the noise. You can hear the wind, the traffic down the street and perhaps from the top floor if they are furiously packing. If you are a light sleeper then this might bother you. The second issue is the food. I found it to be so so. But you can easily walk to many restaurants close by. Over all a great place to stay.
