Alfonso Ippolito
My name is Alfonso, I am half French and half Italian, as my mother is French and my father Italian.
I have a law degree, but my passion has always been travel, and getting to know new places and new cultures.
I studied in Italy and France and worked for several months in the United States and, as a result, I learned French and English.
I have traveled almost all over the world and visited beautiful countries such as Thailand, Malaysia, the United States, all of Europe, South America and several countries from Africa.
When I discovered Brazil it was love at first sight and I understood that one day I would return to stay there forever.
Now I live in Rio de Janeiro and I finally had the opportunity to turn my passion for travel into a job.
What places and activities do you specialize in?
"For me, the discovery of the Amazon was an unforgettable experience: I met some local tribes, I traveled on a boat on the Amazon River, I spent two nights inside the jungle and I bathed in the most beautiful waterfalls I have seen in my life.
However, I cannot forget my first trip to Rio de Janeiro because it introduced me to a city that I immediately loved and a culture that profoundly changed me."
How did you get involved in travel?
"I started traveling abroad in 2000, and my first destination was Brazil, in particular Salvador de Bahia.
Since then, I have returned to Brazil almost every year and I have had the opportunity to learn its culture, get to know its most hidden places, and admire its beauties and I would like to bring these experiences to as many people as possible."

"I love organizing unforgettable experiences throughout Brazil for groups of people or individuals.
In particular, I like to make travelers discover naturalistic treasures (such as the Amazon, the Pantanal and Lencois Maranhense), tropical beaches such as those of Paraty, Jericoacoara, Salvador de Bahia and the most iconic Brazilian city: Rio de Janeiro."
