I prefer traveling light and enjoy adventures and exploring cities and places where I go. I also love to absorb myself in the culture and surroundings.

How did you get involved in travel?
"I have always been an avid traveler and enjoyed every aspect of it, even the logistical part. Since moving to Colombia, I found an opportunity to work helping people around the world planning trips to Colombia. Colombia is a gorgeous country with so much to offer. "
Please share a unique travel experience you will never forget.
"I had a recent travel experience that took my breath away. I traveled to a nature park nearby to a city in Colombia called Buenaventura. The contrast couldn´t be more different. Buenaventura is a bustling industrial city, but surrounding it are beautiful nature preserves. The park that I went to I was told that we might see whales along the way. I was not expecting though that a school of whales would grace us with their presence. In fact, at least 2 whales lifted their fins and seemed to wave to us, which I later learned was a way of training their young to listen to sounds underwater. The experience was unbelievable and really made me feel much closer to nature. That is but one example of the amazing biodiversity and sites that Colombia has to offer. "
