What places and activities do you specialize in?
"As a Peruvian native, I specialized in all of Peru. I am excited to share with you some of Peru's top highlights that I hope will leave you with unforgettable memories!"
How did you get involved in travel?
"I would say my passion for travel started at a very young age when I would travel with my dad for his job. I would then take trips every year with my family, visiting all over Peru and heading to the Caribbean- which was one of our family's favorite destinations.
I decided to study Hospitality & Tourism in Peru, which then led me to receive a scholarship to Australia, where I was able to further grow in my studies. This is when I would say my passion for travel continued and I embarked on a journey to explore the world. "
Please share a unique travel experience you will never forget.
"I would say my most memorable experiences that captured my heart would be my trips to Tanzania and Vietnam.
In an unexpected visit to Africa through my university, I had the opportunity to visit Tanzania where I was able to experience the local culture, visit the communities, and stay in lodges within the National parks. The highlight of my trip was being able to see the "big five" up close and personal: elephants, lions, leopards, buffalos, and rhinos. I was also able to witness other amazing wildlife including zebras, giraffes, and monkeys. This was an experience I will never forget!
My next memorable experience was my recent trip to South Vietnam. I was a bit nervous heading there because I did not speak the language and I did not know what to expect. However, everything was perfect! I backpacked throughout the country and was really impressed with the hospitality of the people and the quality of the services. I was lucky enough to travel with a local while there and felt super safe. I visited local markets, rode a motorbike, ate plenty of dragon fruit, tried a variety of rice dishes, slept on the floor, and even tried the famous Vietnamese coffee which I did not know was extremely strong!"
