Jorge Ramirez
I believe the best journeys start with truly listening. When I design a trip, my goal is for travelers to feel that every detail reflects who they are—their interests, their pace, and the kind of experience they’re looking for.
To me, travel design is also about welcoming someone into my country as I would into my own home—sharing Peru with care, intention, and a genuine sense of hospitality.
I enjoy creating journeys that feel seamless, personal, and thoughtfully put together, allowing travelers to experience Peru’s culture, gastronomy, and landscapes in a way that feels both meaningful and memorable.
What places and activities do you specialize in?
"I specialize in travel across Peru, particularly in Lima and the Cusco region, including the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu.
I enjoy designing trips for families, couples, honeymooners and groups, with an emphasis on cultural, historical, and gastronomic experiences. I tailor each journey to the traveler, incorporating these elements based on their interests."
How did you get involved in travel?
"Travel has always been a big part of my life. Experiencing different places gave me those unforgettable “wow” moments—the kind that stay with you long after the trip ends. At the same time, it made me appreciate my own country in a completely different way.
That’s what led me into travel design. I wanted to help others experience Peru not just as a destination, but as something more personal and meaningful, creating journeys that truly connect them with the culture, people, and landscapes."
Please share a unique travel experience you will never forget.
"One experience I’ll never forget was my first time visiting the Sacred Valley. Leaving Cusco and watching the landscape suddenly open up was unforgettable, but what truly stayed with me were the stories shared along the way.
Through those moments, I began to understand why the Incas considered it a sacred place—not just for its beauty, but for its deeper connection to nature and life itself. It completely changed the way I see the destination, and it’s something I always try to share with travelers."
