What places and activities do you specialize in?
"I specialize in adventure travel, ecotourism, family and honeymoon trips. But I am not limited to just that and am happy to work with anything my clients want. Working for a full-service travel agency gives me the opportunity to find new challenges every day and to accommodate all kinds of preferences."
How did you get involved in travel?
"I've been working in the tourism industry as a travel designer for 12 years. It was not originally intended to be my career path, but it was meant to be, and I am grateful for it! I have been able to visit unique and magical places in my country because of my job. I just love it!"

"Every travel experience is unique! Visiting secluded destinations in Costa Rica is always fascinating. The Osa Península, Arenal and Manuel Antonio are my top 3 places, but in Costa Rica, it's very hard to decide! Each time you visit a place you will find new things to love."

In general it was easy to organise and good recommendations were given. The problem was that the hotels and experiences that were booked did not meet our expectations or the description provided by kimkim and once the issues were raised they were not addressed by Kimkim
