Robi was very kind. He was available at all times with maps, pins for meeting places, the next day activities, and recommendations. Every driver for transfers was kind and helpful. hotels were well located, very clean and extraordinarily hospitable. We were very happy with the food, wine, and so many very personal experiences.

Roberto (Robi) did an unbelievable job getting it all organized, it was truly a trip of a lifetime. From the moment we got there we felt welcomed and very well taken care of from our wonderful drivers (Matty and Dino) to our tour guides (Petar and Antea). All, including Robi, were very gracious with a great passion and wealth of knowledge for their country. I would highly recommend Robi to anyone as much for his professionalism as well as his genuine heart and above and beyond service that shines through, often checking in with everyone to make sure all are enjoying their experience. My daughter and I just returned from our trip to Croatia. This is the first time I used a local travel agency to plan out trip. I am so glad that I did. Robi was more than excellent-he communicated with us daily and was able to make last-minute adjustments to our itinerary based on our preferences. His choice of hotels, guides, and restaurants was superb. I would highly recommend him and will do so to all of my friends traveling to Croatia. I only wish that we had more time to spend in this beautiful country.

Robert (Robi) took time to understand our travel preferences and build multiple itineraries for our consideration. Once we landed on a 7-day plan that took us from Zagreb down to Dubrovnik, he kept us well informed of the steps leading up to the trip. During the trip, we received daily messages about the towns we’d visit, restaurant suggestions and detailed instructions on where/when to meet our guides. All of the guides Robi connected us with were spectacular - Mario in Zagreb, Borna in Plitvice, Pero in Split, and Antea in Dubrovnik. Happily, we also spent the better part of a day with Robi, visiting the town of Ston, exploring local wineries, and getting a thorough history lesson on Croatia.

We have always had a great experience with Kim Kim and this is no exception. Thanks to Robi and his network of exceptional guides/historians, we had an incredible adventure in this beautiful country, Croatia!

From the pre-trip planning, to execution, to departure, Robi was amazing. He thoughtfully organized our tour in Croatia according to our needs. He was flexible where necessary (and he had to be because there were a few unpredictable changes due to travel issues), very knowledgeable about Croatian history and current events, an excellent driver, and a great guide. Furthermore, it felt like he really cared about our enjoyment; checking in continuously and making sure that everything was running smoothly. I recommend Kimkim and especially Robi for your next adventure in Croatia.

Robi curated an excellent itinerary for us in Croatia! His communication skills were top notch and he was very skillful in creating an itinerary that the whole group enjoyed. We started in Split and ended in Dubrovnik. The trip was seamless and the drivers were set up as well as the tour guides. Everyone was extremely professional and it’s clear that his team is committed to providing only the best and highest quality in service. A few of the highlights included a traditional Mediterranean cooking class in Split, a private beach club in Hvar overlooking turquoise water, evening sunset cocktails on top of a fortress in Korcula, wine tasting on the Pejesac peninsula, finishing up with a private tour in Dubrovnik and lastly our favorite was a full day private boat tour of the Elaphiti Islands! We can’t say enough about how professional Robi was in his daily communications as well as working with our budget and being flexible with the group needs!!! Last, it was clear how every guide that he works with really loves their home country and was so passionate in sharing their history with us!
