Beautiful hotel.

A bit out of town but was very nice to have the space and the laundry capability.

Beautiful hotel in a nice location. Only 4 stars because of the really odd placement of the bathrooms in the middle of the room with all glass walls. This doesn't work well for siblings or friends in a room together. Breakfast was excellent.

The national park was great and Ivana was also excellent. The lunch at the winery was ok. It was very hot out and the food was very hot soup and risotto and not much else and it took a long time and Ivana ended up having to serve lunch because the waitress became ill. Overall it was a very nice day and we really liked Ivana.

Nice hotel. We didn't use any of the facilities as we were too busy exploring Hvar. I was very grateful for the fact that they picked up our luggage at the dock and on departure it was brought down to the ferry port. We saw plenty of people staying at different places dragging their luggage over cobbled stones to get to their hotels.

A nice boutique quiet hotel tucked away. Not far from Split downtown.

For an isolated place this was a gem. I was expecting some basis hotel but this was good. I wish we had spent longer there.

It is nice centrally located hotel. Steps away from all the attractions.

Simple, quiet and clean airport hotel, only downside is not onsite restaurant.

Perfect location for Korchula with easy access via water taxi or scheduled electric carts. With their own infinity pool and multiple beaches to choose from it's a great location to explore the area. Great family resort.

We only spent one night and reason I booked this particular hotel was for the hot tub and serene location. Unfortunately the hot tub had been serviced it was not hot, they did have a nice sauna to use as a back up. There is a very good local restaurant nearby(the owners will cook you dinner or breakfast if you let them know in advance) and the owners are very nice and attentive. If we go back to this area I would like to spend several days here just to relax.

This was probably our only 4 star experience with a guide. She wasn't bad but she just wasn't very engaging and it was had to keep paying attention. This is not an easy job to do in the most touristy city in Croatia but a bit more energy would have helped.

Didn't see much here but the city was cool for what little we saw.

Be prepared to mostly drink on this tour, drink is considered food in Croatia which is true but you will definitely not be able to drive responsibly after doing this tour. Wine tasting at 2 locations and gin tasting at another. Local producers make the tour nice and John was really good at dumbing down(for the simpletons like my wife and I) the wine enthusiast owners explanation of his various offerings. Passionate farmers, wine, honey and gin producers make this a great "local vibe" excursion.

My family owns our own kayaks, rafts and canoes at home so we are fairly critical when we do any river water activity. If you are wanting adrenalin inducing river experience this won't do it but if you want a mellow and beautiful float through dense forest you will be happy with this trip. The location is a bit of a hump to get to (double check the google address as it sent us to a spot on the side of the road 25 km away). We called the kayak company and they said not to worry they would wait(turns out we weren't the last to arrive). The days was gorgeous and the river pure and clean.

The driver was there waiting which is always a comfort after 20+ hours of traveling. Highend Mercedes van with a great driver.

This was one of our favorite activities on our entire trip. I didn't have much hope that we would find truffles and I was ok with that but wow was I wrong. Our dogs within 10 minutes discovered several truffles and over the course of our time in the woods we found roughly 16oz of black truffles. The owner was such cool and authentic old Croatian guy whose entire identity was truffles and his dogs. The staff prepared an insane gluttonous truffle feast from the truffles we(dogs found let's be honest) in the woods. Oil, vinegar, salt, salads, spreads, salami, cheeses, scrambled eggs and as much wine as you wanted, best day of the trip!

Although we didn't spend much time here the coliseum was pretty cool.

We actually did not kayak around Lokrum island but instead went around the old city walls to a sea cave beach where we swam and jumped off cliffs, it was great trip with enthusiastic guides and easy paddling.

What an awesome way to see a bit of the surrounding islands. Our captain took us to a small island for lunch at a friends old family restaurant and it did not disappoint. We had a killer all seafood lunch with fish caught that morning by the owner of the restaurant. We were lucky enough to actually be able to sail with quite a bit of wind, nothing better than being on the sea with a cold beverage in your hand and wind in the sails. Epic day.

Such a beautiful place to take a kayak tour! Loved the homemade food and beverages as well as information about the area. We would add that we would have liked a little less guided tour on the islands and more time in the kayak and a chance to swim on each of the islands.

Sadly couldn't go to blue caves due to winds but loved our other spots, especially our lunch stop in Komiza. The restaurant recommended was our best meal of the trip!

The Palace of Diocletian's Palace came alive via Ms. Mirna's interesting/ informative stories and facts. The Palace felt like a maze to me with different quarters and 4 gates to enter. We met a finger painting artist who named his paintings " Finger Pain Things ". There was also Klapa singing, a traditional cappella singing style. It was great to experience the Palace with its history as well as its modern day re-adaptation of unique shops and restaurants.

Our guide, Grgo, gave us a tour of his hometown through his personal perspective and love for Hvar. There was a storm coming in, he moved the tour schedule up so our tour finished just before the storm, perfect timing ! He took us up to the highest point on the island so we could see the panoramic view all around Hvar. I like to learn how the locals live in places that I travel /visit, that's how we connect to the places and people when we travel, Grgo delivered on that level for me.

What an amazing city to behold and visit. The Roman ruins of the Amphitheater was spectacular to witness in person. Our guide, Ms. Rossana, made the experience more memorable by sharing the relevant information going back to Roman times !

I really enjoyed this unique and memorable experience. The husband/ wife team together with their staff were so welcoming and hospitable. The two dogs worked hard to hunt the black truffles and received gifts of bread, not a very fair deal...The lunch afterwards were delicious and festive. I learned a lot of the truffles, really appreciated the educational aspect as well!

We felt like royalty. The perfect blend of history and luxury.

This was a great olive oil tasing. Bembo is a wonderful small olive oil producer, and both owners were friendly and generous with their knowledge of details of every aspect of the olive oil production.

A little farther from the Castle than we would like since we did spend most of our time in that area, but easy access to the local bus stop.

The host was very welcoming and responsive to any questions. The location was perfect. Just outside of the palace and easy walking to everywhere.

There were many kayaking companies in the area. We were glad we were with what seemed like a smaller outfit. We were in a group with 4 other couples and our guide, where some other companies had 10 or more couples. We loved paddling around the outside of the castle, across the sea to way what were told was a secluded cove to swim. Unfortunately, when we got there, there were several motor boats in the area. We pulled ashore and as we got out of our kayaks several other kayak companies arrived. It was a small cove and it was packed with kayakers and swimmers. Not quite the secluded/private area that we were expecting. We left a little earlier than planned to get away from the chaos and paddled over to Lokrum island before heading back.

A 2 hour + drive to our first stop at a local winery/vineyard, Marlais. The vineyard sits next to a road built by Napoleon. We tasted 3 wines and some olive oil. From there we wend to an oyster farm near Ston. It is the only area in Croatia that they are allowed to grow oysters. Our guide took us to there family owned farm and shared with us some myrtle berry grappa and a little wine as he talked about his families history and their oyster business. He explained the process then shucked some fresh oysters at the end of his boat. We did a short walk around the small town of Ston which has a wall that is noted to be the 2nd longest in the world and was built to protect the salt works

Close to Split with the same appeal at Plitvice, but smaller. The waterfalls were beautiful and the water so clear. We also enjoyed a short hike to the river. It was so peaceful. A road less traveled from all the tourists. On our way back to town our driver took us along the coast. We stopped at an overlook on Gaj Hill home to the Black Madonna lighthouse tower with beautiful views of the sea and the city of Primosten. We enjoyed talking with our driver about the history of Croatia and his family. It was a wonderful day.

This was one of our most favorite experiences. Our boat driver, was very communicative and greeted us upon arrival ready for a days adventure. We spent some time in Hvar walking around looking at the shops and hiked up to the fortress. We grabbed a quick sandwich and beer before heading back to the boat. From there we went towards the Pakleni Islands and found an area to drop an anchor to go for a swim and enjoy the beautiful water of the Adriatic. We continued a trip to the island of Brac. We visited a village called Milna where we enjoyed a delicious meal at Kantun. After lunch we went a a Konoba and meet a lovely family that has made wine and olive oil since 1776. We did a little wine tasting and of course left with a bottle to enjoy later. It was a fabulous day on the water and exploring the local islands.

So much fun! We loved walking through the green market and then going to the fish market to pick up the local fish for our meal. Our chefs were very friendly and even gave us a little more history of the city as we walked to the cooking school to prepare our meal. They had prepared some welcome appetizers in advance for our arrival and greeted us with special local cocktail as they prepared the kitchen for our lesson. We prepared many dishes, including cleaning the fish for our meal. All the food was delicious and we enjoyed the company of another family in our group with of course some wine. The cooking school provided us with certificates, recipes and pictures of our experience.

Lovely hotel close to restaurants and shopping. We had a guide take us to some of the sites that were far off Such as the tunnel of hope, the bobsled run from the Olympics ...etc. I i highly recommend a guide because driving through sarajevo is quite an experience! Its a delightful hotel, super clean, comfy, absolutely delicious breakfast, and you can get a cocktail from the bar is you so desire or a cup of coffee.

Excellent location with secure parking Just a couple of steps away. There is also a laundromat, a couple of steps away! It is a very short walk to the Old Town and all of the restaurants and shops and the Stari bridge. The staff were super friendly, breakfast is plentiful and delicious, parking is nearby. There is no elevator but there are rooms on the bottom floor.

Beautiful! Breakfast is offsite at Mamma Mia restaurant and it is delicious and bountiful! The rooms are large and comfortable. Anita is very kind and knowledgeable. Since no cars are allowed in the old town, you will need to take either a taxi or a bus to the old town. The bus stop is very convenient. Lovely grounds...

The location of this hotel could not have been any better! It was a short walk to Diocletian's palace, and also, there is a laundromat within a three minute walk! The hotel is super comfortable, the staff are delightful and helpful, the breakfast was delicious. It is a very inviting place!

Out of all of the places we stayed, I think the zrinka house was my favorite! Barbara is one of the most delightful people I have ever met! She is so kind and we had a great time visiting with her. She is also a fabulous cook who doesn't let you leave her house without a sack of goodies! The house is absolutely gorgeous, so many details make it so beautiful yet very personal.

We absolutely loved this hotel.It is a refurbished bishop's palace. It is gorgeous! The location is perfect, the staff are welcoming, and the breakfast is delicious. We loved the secret garden.We went out each night and sat on the patio. It was so relaxing. You are a short walk from the beaches and the Riverwalk.

We were so lucky to have stayed in this tourist farm. The owner is delightful and is a wonderful cook! She also did our laundry! The location is up in the mountains and it is absolutely stunning. The rooms are comfortable, clean and fairly large.

Another fabulous hotel in a perfect location! It's a very short walk to the square fill of fights anc restaurants. The staff are so welcoming, the breakfast is delicious, and the rooms are comfortable. What more could you want?

The Private Guided Walking Tour of Dubrovnik Old Town was fantastic. The guide was very friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging. It was the perfect way to explore the city and learn about its rich history. Highly recommended!

The best hotel we stayed in Croatia!!! This is a first class hotel with a beautiful pool, pool bar and great sea swimming area. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable!

The hotel was very nice but it was a bit out of the old town. There were some advantages being out of the center of activity, but being a bit closer would have been nicer. The rooms were a bit tight, but nicely set up.

The hotel was very close to the National Park and had a great outdoor pool which we enjoyed after a long day hiking. We also had cocktails and dinner which was very good.

A beautiful hotel in a restored bank building very close to the center of town. Our room had a window facing the street, which we enjoyed. The included breakfast was first class!

I felt that this tour was fair. We went to a family home where we did some vegetable picking and then we helped prepare a meal. It was interesting and enjoyed roasting the veal in their old outdoor oven. It might have been a bit too long of a tour, but still had a good time.

Grgo was an amazing and entertaining guide. He showed us some of the nose beautiful places on Hbar. We went to his family home and we had a wine tasting of their wines and alas snacked on some local delicacies. We continued our tour and went to a beautiful seaside village Verboska. Afterwards, he took us to a wonderful restaurant where we dined on some very fresh local fish. A really great tour!!

The national park was incredible. I wish we had more time there to explore more of the park. Our guide was very knowledgeable.

Visiting this local family and going out with their dogs to find truffles was a great treat! The dogs were very active and they were very good at finding truffles. The lunch was just delicious!!
