From the pre-trip planning, to execution, to departure, Robi was amazing. He thoughtfully organized our tour in Croatia according to our needs. He was flexible where necessary (and he had to be because there were a few unpredictable changes due to travel issues), very knowledgeable about Croatian history and current events, an excellent driver, and a great guide. Furthermore, it felt like he really cared about our enjoyment; checking in continuously and making sure that everything was running smoothly. Planning our trip through kim kim was so smooth. It gave us a framework of ideas to start with and then working with Nikola allowed us to customize every activity & type of accommodations along the way. We were a bit overwhelmed with planning all the details and having transfers and pickups eliminated any stress. Each location was similar in beauty, yet unique in style The variety of activities we had did gave us a sense of history, natural beauty, & people.
Nicola was punctual, with communication and readily accessible when we had questions. All of our guides and transfers were super kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming.

Robi curated an excellent itinerary for us in Croatia! His communication skills were top notch and he was very skillful in creating an itinerary that the whole group enjoyed. We started in Split and ended in Dubrovnik. The trip was seamless and the drivers were set up as well as the tour guides. Everyone was extremely professional and it’s clear that his team is committed to providing only the best and highest quality in service. A few of the highlights included a traditional Mediterranean cooking class in Split, a private beach club in Hvar overlooking turquoise water, evening sunset cocktails on top of a fortress in Korcula, wine tasting on the Pejesac peninsula, finishing up with a private tour in Dubrovnik and lastly our favorite was a full day private boat tour of the Elaphiti Islands! We can’t say enough about how professional Robi was in his daily communications as well as working with our budget and being flexible with the group needs!!! Last, it was clear how every guide that he works with really loves their home country and was so passionate in sharing their history with us!

I am so happy that we used kimkim to plan our trip Croatia. Nikola was our local specialist and he helped us plan Everything. He was in daily contact with us through out our trip and if we needed anything he made himself available.
We honestly did not have on stressful moment on our trip, every little thing from luggage pick up , transportation , accommodations, reservations for dinners, activities and drivers were set up for us. I actually , just recommended Nikola and kimkim to a friend who is traveling in the fall.

Ston Oysters Experience & Wine Tasting

This was such a fun day and we learned so much! Matthew and Luca were perfect hosts. They educated us about oyster farming and all the steps it takes to bring a yummy oyster to your table. In addition, we ate amazing oysters and mussels. After the Ston Oyster Experience we went to the Rizman Winery , where we tasted different types of Croatian wines as well enjoyed the beautiful views.

Our eight day trip through Croatia was spectacular. Can say enough good things about Bruno who set up EVERYTHING for us. He arranged wonderful accommodations, made suggestions for different sites to see while touring and stayed in contact with us daily to ensure safe travelling. Had wonderful tours in Split with Mia and another great tour with Ana in Dubrovnik. These tours were very personal in that it was just my family and the guide. My wife and I loved working with Kimkim so much that we have already booked a vacation with them to Greece in October. Kimkim has incredible customer service.

Bruno was amazing in helping me plan the trip with quick responses and timely suggestions. The whole tour was quite smooth and very enjoyable. All of the hotels booked were in excellent locations - near all the major sights so it was convenient to explore on our own. Overall it was a great trip and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Croatia and Bosnia&Herzegovina. Hope to visit again someday and explore more places.

Stress free travel to a magical country! Bruno was most accommodating and Although we were not as responsive as he would have liked in planning, he was always gracious . The guides were top notch; with private tours in all 4 cities. All connections were A+. Our Hotels were mixed. The Dubovnik and Split stays were 4 star as expected with delicious breakfasts. Our hotel in Hvar was a spluge 5 starPalace Elizabeth, pure heavenn! The planned hotel in Kortula was closed at the last minute and the replacement offered had sad odd dark rooms with no amenities and slim breakfast . The town is a gem, so we were glad we made it. Will recommend Bruno and KimKim to our friends.

This was the first trip my wife & I were too busy to plan. We took a leap of faith and were fortunate to be connected with Robi. My advice is to be as open and transparent with your trip specialist as possible. We shared our wish list, must haves, activities and interests with Robi and then worked towards crafting a few plans. When we finalized our trip plan there was still a level of unknown for us…will there be someone at the airport to pick us up or did we just get scammed.

The level of attention, detail and time saving efforts that Robi provided was invaluable! He provided drop pins for parking in various cities, tips on when we should arrive at our locations or activity for the day. Trust me, this was world class service! Yes, a few mornings we were questioning waking up so early to arrive somewhere by 8am, but when we finished and saw the crowds of people arriving it made sense and saved time!

Robi seems to have connections and friends in every city of Croatia. That should not be unvalued! It’s like visiting a friend in a city that you’ve never been and they’re proud of what their city has to offer and pulls out all the stops! There were a few times when weather forced us to pivot a bit on or the day before. Blue caves as an example need perfect water conditions because the cave entrance…Robi was monitoring conditions and WhatsApp’d new options immediately. If you’re a person that isn’t comfortable pivoting or being flexible then maybe you would struggle. Trust Robi! He’s going to find those hidden gems, those magic moments that you’ll remember for years!

One of our favorite days was spending the day on Vis. Robi arranged a private boat to shuttle us from Split. We elected to do what he referred to as the military jeep tour. I wasn’t 100% sure what to expect based on the info. This was more than a jeep tour! We met up with Marko our private guide and driver on Vis. We hoped in his Land Rover and set off. Marko is a wealth of knowledge but you have to show interest and be open and provide feedback. He took us to a Cold War military base which has tunnels all through the island. He walked us through several tunnels and shared so much history about the base as well as the critical importance of Vis due to its location in the Adriatic Sea. Marko drove us to different view points to see wineries growing at 70 degree angles on cliff sides…old military airfields and more. We also decided to enjoy a private wine tasting at one of the local wineries. I would strongly suggest you sign up for this tour! I also suggested to Robi he explain to potential clients this is an island tour in a Land Rover, part of the tour includes a Cold War base, military airfield, and wineries. Truly an unforgettable experience and Marko was worth the price of admission!

Without Robi there would’ve been no way we could’ve researched, plan and accomplished what he was able to do for us! It felt like 6 different trips in the best way! Robi cares so much about every detail so you don’t need to! He genuinely is setting the standard for a world class travel guide!

Bruno did a great job organizing the trip and always sending daily reminders and updates and being available by text or phone for any real-time issues.

With only a month’s notice, Bruno planned and executed a fantastic trip to Croatia/ Slovenia for me and my wife. We were in Dubrovnik, Split, Zagreb, and a day trip to Slovenia. We also had some special requests that he was more than willing to put in place even after he planned our itinerary. He was there every step of the way to keep us informed of changes due to weather , or just to give us a preview of the next day. Bruno was also our guide in Zagreb and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide to the city.

Overall, it was an excellent trip and Bruno was superb!

I corresponded by email/chat and Robi created a custom trip for me and my husband that exceeded our expectations and fit into our budget. It was the perfect blend of self-guided which we wanted and some guided days with Robi. Robi was always available and patient with my questions. This trip was one for the books! Words cannot even describe how great Croatia was. Bruno - what a guy! he did an amazing job catering the trip to exactly what we wanted - he was on overall amazing guide. He checked in with us every single day and that really reassured us in navigating a new country. Mario/Matej were so kind, we spent the day with Mario and I really felt like he was a friend of mine. The cooking class and walking tour in Split were experiences we will never forget. All in all - this was a perfectly planned trip. The airline lost our bags on the way in and Bruno even helped us track them down! I am still in awe of how great this trip was.
