Annapurna foothills cultural trek, Nepal - Apr 19 - Apr 24, 2018

Traveler: Jeroen v. - Local specialist: Kim Bannister

Very well organised trip with kimkim. During our hike we didnt see any other tourists so it felt really special walking there only with the guide and porter. Our guide Padam Paudel was very kind and told us a lot about Nepal and the local villages and the life there.

The lodges were perfect aswell. Nice beds and bathrooms with warm water. Also the food was good and the happy hour was included ;)

The views of the mountains were the best in the morning when the sky was clear. Incredible experience!

Everything about my trip was wonderful! I booked this trip on pretty short notice so I really relied on Kim at the KimKim to plan everything and I’m glad I did. Everything about my trip was wonderful! I booked this trip on pretty short notice so I really relied on Kim at the KimKim to plan everything and I’m glad I did. Kim and I talked about what I was looking for and she was really helpful in letting me know the different options. She recommended a trek in the Everest region and it was exactly what I wanted. My guide, Phutashi, was great - he was really knowledgeable and friendly and made sure I had a great trek. He changed our route a little after one of the Everest-viewing days turned out to be cloudy, and took me to Mong La, which had some of the best views of the trek and was one of my favorite spots. I’d highly recommend booking through the KimKim - everything was really easy and I had an amazing trip. And for anyone wondering, I’m a female and was traveling alone and felt perfectly safe the entire time.

Traveler: Zen C. - Local specialist: Kim Bannister

She was very patient in addressing some of my concerns. It was nice that prior to my trip the team at KimKim reminded me about some of the small details such as visa application, which i had completely forgotten.

We're glad you had a good trip to Nepal, Zen, and hope to see you again for an even longer trek with us!

Incredible nepal journey, Nepal - Mar 13 - Mar 25, 2016

Traveler: Kim C. - Local specialist: Kim Bannister

Loved planning the trip working closely with my expert - she answered so many questions and really helped me solidify our perfect itinerary

Kim went above and beyond to make our trip amazing - she arranged special anniversary gifts at check-in, had staff pick us up and take us to the airport and she even included us in a pre-trek dinner with her Upper Mustang group - so fun to feel like you have a local friend.

Kim Bannister, local specialist, responded to this review:

Thanks for the feedback, Kim. I'm so glad we had time for a few dinners together in Kathmandu and Pokhara, and we enjoyed setting up your perfect anniversary trip to Nepal! Hope to see you again in the near future!
