Bonjour! Overall the Norway experience was soooo great!
mini ajustments would be recommended for a friend who would ask but we had a marvelous time.

(left a note to Tricia, but it seems we are not in contact anymore. There was a night on May 19, that was book by mistake. You tought we would arrive on the 19 but it was on the 20.....
also, a guide for Oslo on the 20th, was booked, and for the same reasons, we were not there....still travelling... Can you do something about that??)

The weather and the fjords seemed to really work with you while you were here - it was really amazing you got to visit so many of my favorite fjord locations with clear skies and beautiful views. I was very happy to see your photos and gorgeous adventures along the way and speak to you often while you were in the country. It seemed like you were having the time of your lives ! :)

Unfortunately regarding the arrival day: On our end, we can only use the information dealt to us as specialists, and in this case I was only given information that you had an overnight flight with arrival on May 19, so the trip began from May 19 in the itinerary.
Since the itinerary stated that from the beginning of our planning process - and the guided tour on the 20th also was stated on the plan from the start, I unfortunately couldn't have anticipated your later arrival on on my end. When we went over the plan day-by-day on the phone, we chatted about details according to each day, activity and accommodation so I really did my absolute best to make sure you were prepared to travel comfortably and easily. When you arrived a day later, my colleague on duty did his best to be sure that you were still aligned with plans and you were good to go with the adjustments!

We are still in contact in the portal, so you can still feel free to message me there, if you'd like to speak further! I messaged you last to let you know that my local manager and/or the Kimkim staff can assist with the issue if you were unsure why a refund wasn't doable on our end for this particular case. We try our best to refund if there are mishaps or cancellations, but in this case the local guide was waiting for your arrival and he would lose money for that day if we refunded his payment.

Sorry to see that this is what stuck with you on the review, but I really appreciate you coming to Norway and I really enjoyed planning your trip. You seem like such nice and energetic people. I'm glad you seemed to enjoy yourselves otherwise!! I hope you still use Kimkim in the future, and travel on :)
