The guides were terrific. Itinerary was well planned. The only disappointment was the hotel in Amsterdam. Hotel 717 was beautiful with excellent staff and lovely breakfast. However, it was a 4th floor walk up with no lift and we were on the 4th floor with very steep stairs. They were unable to change our room. We managed.

Beautiful historic hotel but no lift!
Unable to stand in the shower because of slippery marble floor. Wore flip-flops to shower! Great breakfast. Staff was often not helpful. Refused to give us a second luggage rack.
