Our entire KimKim experience was wonderful! We were able to tell Bas, our KimKim organizer and liaison in the Netherlands, what activities we enjoy and what type of places and hotels we like best. BAs matched us with terrific hotels that were perfect and tickets to everything, making things easy. Our tour guides, all 3 of them, were superb, and each added so many of their personal insights and stories that were fun and informative. Bas was in touch every day and we felt very supported, it was so reassuring to have a contact in the country. We would definitely use KimKim again.
