Hannie was outstanding to work with. She identified my tour requirements by carefully listening to what I wanted. I was exceptionally pleased with her plans, and the guides were exceptional. Please know that I am a travel agent and wanted to experience how Kimkim works before using them for my clients. Their communication with me was flawless while I traveled. That level of support would be important to my clients. Thank you, Hannie!
