Mathia was amazing to work with in planning/executing our trip. He is an excellent communicator and responded in a timely manner when we had questions or concerns.
Guides Christel, Emme and John were top notch. .
There were minor scheduling things we would have done differently, but all in all it was a wonderful trip.

We arrived around 1:00 pm. 2/4 rooms were ready but they were going to charge us for early check-in. Kim Kim said check-in was at 3:00 but it actually wasn’t until 4.
Spa wasn’t available second day to use the pool due to being booked by people not staying at the hotel. Disappointing
