Great experience with kimkim and Grand Cuvee Tours

Our experience working with Tomaz to plan the trip, and with Zala and Ester at Grand Cuvee Tours in finalizing details and during travel was outstanding. They listened to what we wanted for our trip, and adjusted to meet our needs while we were in the planning stages. They provided us with all the documents we needed in advance of our departure. The hotels were great in terms of accommodation and location. We received very timely responses to any questions, and were kept well informed of any details we needed to know.
Hotel Reviews
The Hotel Zenit Budapest Palace was fine, but the staff was less warm compared to other places we stayed. The room itself was adequate, though I had some trouble figuring out how to turn on the lights initially, but that was resolved with some help.
I thought The Posthouse Berlin Potsdamer Platz was great. The staff at the front desk was incredibly helpful, especially since I had lost my luggage and needed to change trains. Their support during that time was much appreciated.
Hotel Rott in Prague was fantastic, and it might have been our favorite in terms of breakfast options. The breakfasts were so good, they sustained us through much of the day, which was a big plus for us.
The Heritage Hotel Santa Lucia in Split stood out for having incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Their service made our stay memorable, and I would definitely recommend it.
Activity Reviews
The guided tour of Budapest was a highlight with a small group of just eight people, which made it a really great experience.
The Berlin Guided tour was very good. Although the group was large, the use of earbuds by the tour guide to communicate clearly with us made a positive difference.
The guided tour of Prague was also a large group, but the communication from the guide was much better with the use of earbuds. It made the experience much more enjoyable.
