What places and activities do you specialize in?

"I specialize in tailor-made journeys throughout Ecuador and the Galápagos Islands, creating experiences that reflect each traveler’s interests and travel style. Whether it’s trekking through the Andes, horseback riding across historic haciendas, exploring volcanoes and cloud forests, discovering Ecuador’s incredible birdlife and wildlife, or planning family adventures and Galápagos cruises, I enjoy designing itineraries that showcase the incredible diversity of my country. From luxury escapes to active adventures and cultural experiences, my goal is to help travelers experience the very best of Ecuador in a meaningful and unforgettable way."

How did you get involved in travel?

"My journey in travel began at the Central University of Ecuador, where I earned my degree in Tourism. During my studies, I had the opportunity to complete internships in Canada, gaining valuable experience in the resort and hotel industry. After graduating in 2006, I became a licensed National Tour Guide in Ecuador, which allowed me to explore every corner of the country while sharing its culture, history, and natural wonders with travelers. Since then, I have built my career in tourism and hospitality, combining my passion for travel with years of hands-on experience. Looking back, I can honestly say that I always knew this was the profession I wanted to dedicate my life."

Please share a unique travel experience you will never forget.

"One of the most memorable experiences of my career was designing and operating the Humboldt Route, a unique journey inspired by the travels of the renowned explorer Alexander von Humboldt. I had the privilege of developing this project alongside Mr. Peter Koffman, one of the foremost experts and curators of Humboldt's legacy. Together, we carefully crafted every detail—from menus inspired by the expedition and off-road excursions to exclusive access to volcanoes, historic haciendas, and other remarkable natural and cultural sites. We also coordinated the official protocol with the German Ambassador to Ecuador. Bringing such a complex and meaningful project to life was both a challenge and an honor, and it remains one of the proudest moments of my career."
