Beautiful hotel, but very tiny rooms. Lovely people who were incredibly helpful. Be prepared to fit only one person and bag in the elevator at a time. Absolutely incredible staff that went out of their way to help. make recommendations and go above and beyond.

Amazing tour with Sophie!! Absolutely perfect day and the lunch at the chateau was so special and delicious. Chambord and Chenonceau were breathtaking. A beautiful day not to be missed.

Gorgeous day! Again, we had the pleasure of being with Sophie who was enthusiastic. knowledgeable and a pleasure to be with. The Vouvray wine tour, in particular, was a fabulous experience and we loved it.

This full day tour is great on paper, however, we felt very rushed and did not feel we fully enjoyed each part of the experience. There was a great deal of traffic as we left town, so, perhaps, an earlier departure time might help. The oyster/shrimp tasting was delicious, but we, again, felt hurried to be on our way. Lunch was at the office instead of an outdoor area as we were short on time. The wineries were great, but the stop along the estuary, while lovely, seemed a bit unnecessary. Less "activities" could have made for a more relaxed day where we could fully enjoy and appreciate these special places.

Tony's Limo Company was helpful and professional. Michael was professional and helpful in getting us to the hotel at the airport on our last day, June 5th. However, on May 31st, the driver was late to get us to the train station due to some communication issues and we had on 8 minutes to get to our train with our luggage. Definitely stressful. Tony was great about communication with us and ensured that we had no problem on our return to Paris before our departures. We were very grateful for his assistance!!!

Driver was a no show so we had to get our own taxi. Many attempts to contact someone from Kimkim failed. We could not get through or received no responses.

One of our favorite days! Emilie, our tour guide, was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable. We were so impressed by her and she really made this an amazing experience. St-Emilion is absolutely charming and a fascinating area. This was exceptional.

Our attic room was cute and comfortable but on the second floor and with no lift which could have been a problem, however the staff were very helpful and carried our rather heavy suitcases up and down for us. Reception was only staffed from 8am til mid evening but out of hours access was provided and we were able to get our cases brought down the evening before our 7am departure. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The hotel is well situated and we were able to walk to a lot of sights and to great restaurants.

Great hotel with good rooms, good breakfast and an exceptional receptionist who was fun and very knowledgeable about what to do, where to eat and how to get there. She really made it easy and special

We only stayed one night but the room was good and convenient for us to walk to the river for our cruise

This was a great day out - two very different chateaux with a delicious simple home-made lunch in another more personal one in between! Highly recommended

We had a good day - visited the Amboise Castle and Clos Luce, both great and both easily walkable.

Our driver was early and was really helpful inadvising which platform for our train. The car was clean and comfortable

I think this is a duplication of the previous request . We just had one transfer pre-booked on 18 April, for our departure to Saumur

The car did not come on time and we had to phone to find out what was happening. We were therefore late leaving and she drove really fast to get us to the vineyard which was not pleasant. Amelie however was excellent. We had not realised it was a walking tour (and mifht have brought better footwear had we known) but we really enjoyed strolling through the vineyards and the cave village. Amelie was very informative and spaced out her stops to explain the various aspects of the wine growing and then the cave dwellings which made it a nice leisurely pace. We also enjoyed the 3 wines we tasted! The car for our return arrived early - different driver. The grading of 4 stars reflects the late pickup - we would definiltey give 5 stars to Amelie

This was a very pleasant way to spend an hour or more, drifting peacefully along the river. The snacks and wine were fine for the price

We walked from the station to our hotel and had a bit of trouble finding it - our fault as we did not check the info provided. We were then delighted to find it was the oldest house in the town and right in the square so convenient for sightseeing and restaurants. Clean, comfortable room and helpful hosts. As we realised we needed to go to Achiet -le-Grande rather than Ficheux we contacted the driver and arranged to leave earlier. He came well on time and took us there, leaving us in peace to find the grave we wanted and to spend time in the cemetery which is beautifully maintained by the War Graves Commission. He then drove us back and left us at the Wellington Tunnels which was an interesting and educational experience. We had thought we were meeting a guide theme but realised in time that we were to join their regular guided tour. A poignant day.

It was great to learn the history of the Eiffel Tower and to see the city both in daylight and in darkness.

Always a wonderful way to get an overview of a city

An easy way to get a different view of the city with an option of being under cover out of the sun - or rain.

Great not to have to queue as long as those who were not pre-booked! An amazing collection - it would take days to see it all. Good that there were seats available here and there and staff at various points to direct one from place to place.

Perfect location to relax after busy days. The staff couldn’t be better.

We couldn’t do the bike tour so to rain but go to join the van tour. It was incredible fun. Xavier was a fantastic guide. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Carol was so passionate and amazing. We learned so much about the history and culture of food in France. This was so much more than a food tour. I wish we could have spent the whole day with Carol, first shopping and then cooking. I highly recommend this with Carol.

This was great fun and our guide gave us so many ideas for other things to do in Paris. We shopped with her all morning then went back at the end of our trip to purchase items.

This tour is a bit long and heavy with information but the Louvre is massive. It was crowded which is not our guides fault. We learned so many interesting facts about the art. Our guide was like an encyclopedia of art history and is was mesmerizing to listen.

Our teacher Agath was hilarious and so fun. We learned so much about cheese and wine and how to taste it. It really built on our knowledge from our other food tour.

Martin is the best! So much fun and laughter.

This was on our last day. It was probably just bad timing but we did not find this to be super fun. We were cold and tired so sorting through the cluttered shops was not as appealing. Our guide was so kind and shared a lot of history about the market. I think this was the only poor choice of activity we had on the trip but to no fault of our guide.

Nice clean hotel. Breakfast was very good. Staff was polite and kind. There is a market next door which was convenient. It's not super close to restaurants or shops but that did make it quiet. Walkable to the main areas but is a bit of a hike.

Location was good close to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was alright but not fantastic. They did lose our train passes that were supposed to be waiting at the front desk for us which was frustrating. If you are on the lower floors the subway/metro train can be loud. Rooms were clean and nice.

Everything was very interesting to see. All communication was in French so had to install application to get English explanations but felt this missed out on some of the experience.

David is from Nantes but has had life adventures he is happy to talk about. Is very knowledgeable about the area and seems passionate about being an advocate for Nantes. Really enjoyed the tour.

Le Louvre is well known and not a secret. Just be prepared for lots of waiting and crowds. There is more to see here than can be experienced in a day.

I had some doubts if the 'Amazing Race' theme would be fun but it really was. The parents and 3 children were very entertained and still got to see some behind the scenes parts of the city. Our tour guide CiCi was amazing. Energetic, fun, patient, and very knowledgeable.

Seriously the most amazing staff and hotel with fantastic views of Paris! Great location and the Hotel really made our 16th Birthday celebration special! Highly recommend and walk the area, Montmartre is a very special place!

This hotel is in the perfect location for Colmar! The staff was lovely and the building was wonderful with its breakfast and courtyards. So many great stores, town views and restaurants all within walking distance!

The Alsace Safari for both days was absolutel perfection! Eric and Ana guided us through various towns, made us reservations for authentic lunches and gave us all the history we could take in. The personalization is unbelievable by Eric and perfect for the start of our vacation! I highly recommend this tour with Eric and Ana who want to see and hear all the important history in the region at the pace you want or need! They feel like Family now we will definitely use them again! Chrissy

Amazing, we were given the history and taken into the most amazing stores and assisted with the purchasing to carrying ur purchases during a little rain but she made it so easy and enjoyable!

We had the same guide as our Parisian Chic shopping tour which gave us even more comfort and enjoyment! The group tour is lovely for this as you will get to share more wonderful Latin Market items! It was a truly amazing group and such a fun way to eat and learn about the area!!

We were provided everything we needed and It was booked at the perfect time of day to try and avoid some of the crowd. The Louvre is of course huge and our self guided audio tour gave us what we needed. While this was on the bucket list I would say I’m glad it’s checked and next time I can’t wait to see some of the smaller museums that probably are better for certain art lovers!

Clemence our guide was absolutely charming, very knowledgeable as she was from or had lived in the area for many years! She was even kind enough to let us move our tour time an hour ahead bc we were running late! The path she takes you on is amazing starting at Sacré-Cœur Basilica giving us the beautiful church and St. Denis history that is sooo fascinating! The basilica is located at the summit of the butte Montmartre, the highest point in the city. The Stroll Through The Bohemian Village On The Hill. This most bohemian of Paris neighborhoods is known for its cobblestone streets, its village atmosphere, its nightlife, a big white church, and for the artists who found a home there more than a century ago. We definitely felt like this was a special treat to walk on the streets where famous artist once called home and such a wonderful villages!

Don’t miss this tour going by bike was the most amazing way to see the town, market, and the Versailles Palace 2,000 acre grounds! It was superbly planned and guided by Claire as her family is from their 3 generations at least and mother and grandmother still live there! She guided us to the market to purchase our picnic lunch on the palace grounds! Her knowledge of the town and the palace could not be beat!! Truly amazing guide and perfectly paced with plenty of time for lunch and wine and even a little cafe/wine before the palace. We never felt rushed or exhausted from the bike ride and would have never seen the massive grounds without the bikes!

The metro pass is necessary!!

Unfortunately we missed fitting this in but definitely saw it from the outside and was given the history by Clement in our itinerary !

Walking the markets is refreshing and amazing with all the sights and sounds! And the ability to taste anything around and stop for a cafe is perfect in this area!
