What a beautiful way to sum up Ireland — its people really are its greatest treasure, aren't they? Their warmth and genuine friendliness are something that stays with you long after you've come home.

I'm thrilled that all the experiences we selected were such a good fit for you — the sheep farm, falconry, bike tour, Cliffs of Moher, jaunting car, abbey, and Rock of Cashel. On the hotel front! I'm sorry the Green didn't quite hit the mark. I had selected what I believed to be one of their more conventional room configurations, but I'll follow up with them about the setup and pass along your comments.

We’re delighted to hear that, despite the airline problems (unrelated to our work), your trip turned into a beautiful and memorable experience. We’re really glad we were able to step in quickly, arrange the London hotel, reorganise the travel by train the following day, and make sure you still arrived in Scotland as smoothly and comfortably as possible. Supporting you behind the scenes and being there when plans unravel is an important part of what we do.
It’s wonderful to hear how much you enjoyed Edinburgh Castle (it certainly earns that uphill climb!), the birthday high tea, the castles and ruins, Loch Ness, Oban (your highpoint), and especially the hike to the Fairy Pools. We’re also very pleased that the accommodations suited you well and that everything felt organised and easy to follow throughout the trip.
