Thank you so much for your kind words! I’m really happy to hear that you had a great trip overall and that your guide made it such a memorable experience. I also truly appreciate your appreciation of the effort that went into planning, it means a lot.

Regarding the missed hotel night and guide service, I completely understand how disappointing it must have been to lose that portion of your trip due to the flight cancellation. I do want to clarify that Kimkim’s cancellation policy requires 2 months’ notice for refunds, while our local partners (hotels and guides) require at least 3 weeks’ notice. Since the arrangements had already been secured and prepared, we’re unfortunately unable to issue a refund for the unused services.

That said, as a gesture of goodwill, I’d be happy to waive our services fee from this trip and it will be refunded back to your credit card. While I hope it helps in some way, I’m truly glad that you were still able to enjoy the rest of your journey.. I’d love to help you again in the future and can always look at building in some extra flexibility should unexpected changes come up.
