I’m delighted that Jim was able to step in and make sure you didn’t miss out on any of your planned experiences, even if it made for a long day. Your comments about Ian and the arrival pickup are very valuable, and I want you to know that we’ve taken them very seriously. We will definitely not be working with Ian again, and I’ve already spoken directly with our airport transfer provider, who assured me that such a situation will never happen in the future.

As for your note about pricing transparency, thank you for mentioning it so kindly. As I explained earlier, this is connected to the NDAs we sign with our local providers - we receive special contracted rates that differ from public market prices, and the system we use is designed to protect those agreements. That’s why we can’t display a full itemized breakdown.

The process of improving our services must be continuous, and it’s only through thoughtful feedback like yours that we can keep refining and striving to meet our guests’ expectations.
