I have been waiting to have a moment to write you a note to say thank you for planning our Scotland trip. We all enjoyed every activity you chose for us! Every detail was absolutely perfect. You selected the most perfect tours/activities to maximize our time in each location and to see as much of Scotland as possible during our stay. I sincerely appreciate the way you planned everything to be so seamless. Our transportation arrangements were all perfectly timed, and it was easy to get to our hotel accommodations from each train/bus station. We loved each of the hotels you booked for us in Scotland, and every one of your restaurant suggestions was delicious. Our two private tour guides, Jack in Edinburgh and Stuart in Inverness, were both wonderful. We especially enjoyed Stuart! I cannot say enough good things about our experience with you! I could never have planned such a perfect trip on my own!

We were amazed at the support we received from our specialist Kateryna. She took really good care of us and adapted our trip to meet our needs right up until we were ready to leave. She was very friendly and responded quickly to all our requests. We had a great time on our trip as well. The tours she planned for us were a blast. SoHo food tour, Jacobite train and the Caledonia Sleeper train were among the highlights. Only complaint was at least one of our rooms did not have working air conditioning at every hotel we stayed at except one. Unfortunately we planned our trip during one of the worst heat waves in British history. The hotel Lemonde in Edinburgh was an amazing place to stay. If I were to take this trip again I would definitely request more days at that hotel.

Rooms were too small for what we were looking for. Since we were on a longer trip my wife and I had some large suitcases and we didn't have room to open them in the room while we were inside. Wished we would have booked the larger suites instead.

Montcalm Brewery, London City

Hotel was nice but we had 3 rooms and 2 did not have functioning air conditioning. We were not asked if we would like to have a new room but were given fans that unfortunately only moved around the hot air. Would not have mattered but we were staying for 5 days and would have liked to have had the option of trying to move to a new room.

Pretty decent hotel. Lobby and some rooms were nice and cool but ours was incredibly hot. One of our rooms was ice cold and the other was extremely hot and we could not get another room. Really amazing breakfast though

Tetiana did an amazing job planning our Ireland/Netherlands trip. She took a very skeleton outline and filled in the gaps with great tours and experiences. Our hotels were a variety of different stays from regular hotels to resorts to castles and canal houses. Her recommendations covered all experiences . She even added in some extra tours and sites for the kids. Our private tours and drivers offered regional information, history, and culture references and provided a great education on top of our scheduled tours. Our family of 5 had an amazing vacation experience without the hassle of the planning piece. Also, during our trip we only ran into two instances when we needed support and Tetiana immediately let responded and helped us navigate any issues. It made for a very stress-free and relaxing vacation knowing we had support for any travel questions/hassles.

What a cool experiences! Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable about the park and Irish history. He offered stops for pictures and even took family pics for us. He let the kiddos sit up front with him and feed the horse a small snack. I would absolutely recommend this horseback tour to anyone visiting Killarney National Park!

So much fun! Not at all scary. Slapstick comedy that wa great for our family with kids ranging from 6-12 years. Guides were hilarious yet still provided some great history of the town. Kids loved the “scary” bits and tried to catch the guides as they added some surprises to the tour. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to learn a little history with comedy and ghost stories thrown in. Great for families!

Aleksandra was amazing. We had such a great time and she was so helpful. As with any travel, adjustments need to be made. Aleksandra was incredibly responsive. Our trip was what we had hoped it would be. My wife and I would definitely use her again.

Aleksandra was amazing as usual. She planned a vacation for our whole family of 10 to Ireland last year and it was a dream come true. So we thought of no one else to help us plan for a wedding in Dublin followed by a trip to Copenhagen.
We wanted to start the trip with a visit to see Irish relatives who lived 3 hours away from Dublin airport and we didn't want to drive. Aleksandra arranged our bus trip to Dungarvan and our hotel. All of her recommendations exceeded our expectations and did not break the bank! The hotel she picked for us was beautiful, perfectly located and reasonably priced. After our visit we headed to Dublin for a gorgeous wedding at the Luttrellstown Castle. It was a like a fairy tail. After visiting sights Aleksandra throughout Dublin, we headed back to the airport to fly to Copenhagen. This was our first trip there and it did not disappoint. Copenhagen is a blend of historic fairy-tale charm and modern, minimalist Scandinavian design. Aleksandra booked us in a beautiful hotel right in the center of it all and because of her recommendations we didn't miss a thing. Before your next trip, call Aleksandra!!

Sorry it has taken me so long to post, really busy..

Our trip was amazing. We love the places we went. On Isles of the Sky we got re-routed because 2 vans got stuck on a one car road, they were going opposite directions.. It was the best we then decided to go to Dunvegan Castle & Gardens (stunning) and Neist Point Cliff Lighthouse... It was great... Our favorite was Ireland, we are outdoor people and it was beautiful... We did like CLiffs of Moher, but loved Clifs of Kilkee more. You had less people and got closer to the cliffs...

It is quite interesting how the people of Northern Ireland speak alot of the history. It is still very fresh in their minds, even though the rest of the world it seems to have happened a long time ago..

Our recent trip to Ireland and Scotland was spectacular, and we owe so much of our fulfilling experience to the meticulous planning by Aleksandra at Kimkim. Traveling as a group of four, we loved the high-paced, fun-filled itinerary that allowed us to truly immerse ourselves in the local cultures.
Highlights
If we were to adjust our schedule, we would spend one day less in Dublin and add that extra day to Killarney, as we absolutely loved the charm of the countryside and small towns. The Ring of Kerry was excellent, and Blarney Castle made for a fantastic half-day excursion. In Scotland, the Isle of Skye was truly spectacular, and securing tickets for the Jacobite train in Fort William was a major highlight.
The Kimkim Difference
Aleksandra’s service was impeccable. She handled all train bookings, reserved seating, walking tours, and airport transfers, and even checked us in for our flights from Cork to Glasgow.
Expert Local Knowledge: Hiring John as our private driver for three days in Scotland was one of the best decisions we made. His historical insights and insider knowledge regarding stops and logistics were invaluable.
Proactive Care: Aleksandra stayed in constant contact, even alerting us to make a dinner reservation at the Greshornish Hotel where we were staying—it turned out to be one of the best meals of the trip.
Accommodations: All the hotels she selected were excellent and included wonderful breakfasts. The one exception was specifically chosen for its strategic proximity to a site we visited early the next morning.
Aleksandra is incredibly thorough and made our first trip to these countries truly fulfilling. We feel like we really experienced the best of the countries and cultures!
