We loved the private tour to Windsor Castle and Hampton Court with David. And, actually the free day the we were given by accident in both London and Paris were wonderful. Next trip we will schedule a free day intentionally. Paris was a blast. The D' Orsea was not to be missed. We could have gone back for a second day.

Tatiana was ever attentive and super positive. Next up, Venice!

I left a message after returning home on 5/25, but I wasn’t sure if it went through. For some reason, my phone had an issue so I couldn’t log in while I was in London for a family event, so I wasn’t able to write sooner.

Tetiana was responsive, helpful, and quick to answer questions. Thanks to her planning, we could relax and enjoy the trip without worrying about the details. We’re really grateful for her help.

And please let Ciaran and Jimmy know that we will always remember them whenever we think of Ireland, Northern Ireland, and Scotland—they were truly amazing and made the experience extra special.

Tetiana planned us the most wonderful trip. She listened to all of our requests and we saw and did everything we hoped for. Our guides were all so knowledgeable about the places and sites we were seeing and all of our guides were on time and on schedule for everything. It was all seamless! Every hotel was charming in its own way and within walking distance of where we wanted to be. Thanks to her we had a fantastic trip to Scotland!

My sister and I had a wonderful trip to London with KimKim and Tetiana’s help. The hotel, The Mad Hatter, on the south bank of the Thames, was perfect with an included breakfast in the pub everyday. Good location for walking all over the area by the River, including the London Eye, St. Paul’s Cathedral, restaurants and Pubs. We took a day bus trip to Windsor Castle, Stonehenge and Bath, Bruce was the guide with Golden Bus tours and he was excellent. We took a River boat ride to The London Tower tour with Miles, a Beefeater that was great. We took a walking tour with Pepe to see the changing of the Guards at Buckingham Palace that was perfect. We lucked out with super weather so were able to walk every day. The Victoria and Albert museum was so interesting as was Westminster Abbey. the history is incredible. We also booked a Tea at the Diamond Jubilee Tea Room at Fortnum and Mason that was very nice. I’d used KimKim before on a trip to Norway and found them super helpful and accommodating to our budget and timetable. Thanks, Cheers!!!

Hotel Review

The Mad Hatter Hotel

the location was good for us to be on the South side of the Thames, close to London Eye, bars, restaurants , St Paul’s Cathedral, and easy to get a cab or UBER. The Pub was fun, excellent food and good beer! Had a nice included breakfast every day, which started our day off perfectly.

Authenticity & Character

The Pub, the stairwell, the rooms were clean, nice and the housekeeping came in everyday.

Sammy was great at the Front Desk and the ladies in the Pub for breakfast were super sweet and helpful.

Our beds were made up everyday, the down duvet was so snuggly.

the trip was great, unfortunately, there was a car accident on the way out so it added 2 hours to an already long day.. Windsor Palace was so cool to tour getting to see where the State Dinners are held.
