Regarding the issues you raised, I will be more careful to double-check the room assignment with the hotels in advance to save time on check-in. And the reason for suggesting an overnight stay in Sapporo instead of Niseko was mainly due to the frequent heavy snowfall and potential road closures in the Hokkaido region during this season. If your group of 10 were to miss your flight due to weather conditions, it would cause significant inconvenience.

Your suggestions are very helpful to us. I will pay more attention to confirming customers information with hotels in the future and will also strengthen communication with our customers.
