Nader, Samara, Yasser, Omar, Sawy, and Mustafa were all absolutely amazing. Nader took my incredibly packed itinerary and made it a reality with ZERO hiccups. It was flawless. We spent 2 weeks in Egypt and left feeling like it was our adopted county. Everyone felt like family and treated us with complete respect. I cannot recommend Nader and his team enough. They truly made our dreams a reality.

Wow, my family and I had an amazing trip thanks to KimKim, Egypt Promotion, Ibrahim and Amr. There is no way I could have planned and arranged this trip on my own. Our experience was seamless from start to finish, all we had to do was show up, relax and enjoy. Aladdin and the other handlers did a great job getting us to and from the airports to our transportation vehicles. Thank you! Our tour guide, Mustafa, in Cairo was informative and attentive to our needs. On to the best part... the Nile River Cruise on the Dahabiya: Iris. OMG! Highly recommend! That was absolutely the best mode of transportation from Luxor to Aswan and the most memorable. Not just because it was an amazing boat but the staff was exceptional. They were super friendly, attentive and the FOOD... delicious! Thank you, Ehad, Fouad, Ahmed, Khalid, Zeyad, Hisham and Tarek for the smiles that greeted us on board, to the towel art that awaited on our beds, and again the delicious food. lol My kids said this was their favorite trip by far. Lastly, Ahmed was our tour guide that accompanied us through our trip to upper Egypt. He was very informative, spoke great English, funny and by our last day felt more like a friend than a guide. We learned so much. Thanks for sharing your country with us. I will definitely use KimKim again.

Had a great trip with Kim Kim and the local company, Original Travels, in Egypt.
Samara, Mohammed, and Zakarya were very knowledgeable and super accommodating to our needs. Samara went above and beyond helping us secure our luggage 7 days after arrival. This is my second time using Kim Kim and plan to use them in the future

Altogether it was a very positive experience.
Nader was most helpful with arrangements to fulfill our expectations and desires
Our Cairo guide Mohamed Sharawi was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic in sharing information we received eagerly.
As the other guide, also named Mohamed ( Luxorto Aswan), he was usually well enough informed but not all the time.
Drivers were well trained and we felt secure.
Housing accomodations were outstanding .
The boat ( dahabyia) was very pleasant and the staff most amiable.
The cruise was very relaxing and pleasant.
It would be hard to point out one single moment or sight since everyone had it's features even though I admit that Karnak was most impressive.
Egyptian people were welcoming and friendly.
Food was good specially fruits and vegetables that were fresh and very tasty
We were very satisfied with this first experience with KimKim .

Nader was a fine vis-a-vis during all our interactions. He very well seized what we wanted and his quick response time was very appreciated!
There are maybe 3 points that I wld underline:
1. It seemed that there were a lack of synchronization between what we had as an itinerary and Mohamed's ( the 2nd guide). For instance the Esna temple was on our list but not on his. Plus lack of clarity as to when we' d board the ship.
2. Our complete flight schedule was sent more than once to Nader but there still was some confusion on his oart as to when we'd leave Egypt.
3. Tips: that was the major kerfuffle, and quite embarrassing for us. The second Mohamed mentioned to us that Nader was underestimating the amount per activity, especially guiding. Nader told us that 8$/day was ok, but the guide showed us that he was promised 15$. That's almost double the original amount. We readjusted our finance accordingly but found that pretty disconcerting. Being perceived as cheap wasn't on our list wish!! We just hope that this won't be our reputation among your staff and contractors..

Our sojourn was very short and despite this, we cld enjoy the staff's wonderful attitudes. We had a lot of fun with our waiter who tried to give us some lessons of Arabic, quite unsuccessfully unfortunately!!

Dendara and Abydos temples Day trip

The visit to the Dendara and Abydos temples was incredible and worth the long, rough journey. Abydos particularly left us flabbergasted with its antiquity and historical significance. It's one of the older ones, dating back millennia, and witnessing it was an awe-inspiring experience.

The Sound & Light Show at Abu Simbel was an emotional and breathtaking experience. I was moved to tears by the beauty and splendor when the entire temple was illuminated. It was an unforgettable moment that no one visiting Egypt should miss.

Mr Hasham (our guide: First of all, he is wonderful person, very caring, extremely organized. Our 3 daughters loved him. He is very knowledgeable about everything Egypt. One of the best things we loved about him was his punctuality, gentle mannerisms, and sense of humor. He made our trip memorable. 2. Mr Mahmoud: he was our go to all person from airports to hotels, and in between. In short, superb team. We highly recommend them without reservations.
One of the best parts of the trip was The Nile Cruise with Dahabiya, amazing. Thank you all from bottoms of our hearts for an unforgettable experience.

We crammed a lot of things into 5 days and the whole experience was seamless. All the guides were fantastic and looked after us throughout the whole trip.
