Great communication from Dat while planning our trip - he made useful suggestions and booked everything. Hotels, the cruise, the tours, and the guides were great! Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in visiting Hanoi and north Vietnam.

Excellent service and breakfast (made to order pho and eggs!). Small but serviceable gym. Rooms are well-provisioned, with good bathroom placement, plug locations, and amenities. Single elevator can be a hindrance when very busy, but not usually an issue. Small infinity pool on rooftop with staffed bar, seating area, and bathroom.
Excellent facilities, food, and activities. Enthusiastic tour guide and staff. Clarity of schedule could be a bit better, but that could be the individual guide. Shuttle from Hanoi comfortable and safe. Cabins on the boat are well-designed and comfortable.
