Elena was a wonderful help, always attentive and able to answer our questions. She was very knowledgable, as well as punctual. Elena was great with setting everything up, getting us in touch with our tour guides and making sure that everything was going smoothly. We would definitely recommend this service to others and cannot wait to be back to plan our next trip.
