To be perfectly honest, I arrived in Egypt with very neutral expectations. These were swept away in no time at all by the impeccable quality of the welcome provided by Egypt Promotion Tours. Every transition and every point of contact went smoothly.
Above all, I appreciated the knowledge of our guides, Omar and Mohammed J. Both patiently answered my countless questions, some of which were perhaps a little unusual.
The organisation dealt with unexpected incidents swiftly and efficiently, such as a lost suitcase or a malfunctioning air conditioning unit.
I felt well looked after and safe throughout my entire stay.
My initial neutral expectations were replaced by amazement and appreciation for this diverse, millennia-old country, with fantastic food and smiles that seem to come from the heart and reach the eyes.
This was made possible, among other things, by the excellent organisation: thank you very much for that!

Unfortunatly, our stay was to short to really give a in depth review, first impression was very good,
Perfect location, colorful and a cozy feeling. The quality of the food could be increased.
Loved this authentic looking hotel with individual rooms right next to the bazar with an amazing terrace decorated with dancing dervishes Small miscommunications in the staff ended in tasks being forgotten, but it did not reduce the charm of the hotel!
Beautiful Belle Epoque Hotel with an amazing terrace, beautiful materials used in the hotel, staff warm and welcoming trying to spoil us with little extras at dinner. Good food. Rooms could be improved and are a little bit outdated: table missing, not enough plugs. Still: authentic and one of its kind!
