Isabella was 1000% spot on with every detail planned. I traveled with my mom and daughter to Paris and every day was perfectly planned. Isabella went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. An example...we went to a wine and cheese pairing at a cheese shop. I briefly mentioned I was curious the wines they would be pairing cheese with as I am a wine enthusiast. I didnt make a big thing of it but was curious. When we arrived to the event, the host handed me a paper with the details of each wine, specifically saying it was for me because I had inquired. Every detail was perfect... I would absolutely use kimkim again, especially Isabella.

Every single employee of the hotel was accommodating and on point with every detail. One day we had an early train out and they opened the restaurant for us in the morning about 45 minutes early just for us. The room was great. Not every outlet worked but I can deal with that....there were plenty.
