I loved this trip. The planning and communication by my agent, Uma, was outstanding. I was on my own & she was communicating with me day & night, whenever I needed her. She would always answer me. When there was a cancellation for a tour she provided me with an alternative. Her suggestions for restaurants & activities was outstanding. I would definitely recommend her for a customized trip to New Zealand.
Hanna, our guide from Cheeky Kiwi Tours was over the top. Personable, patient, knowledgeable, & made us feel like we were the most important people in the world.
