Her warmth and helpfulness were evident from the start, always greeting us with a cheerful "Good Morning." Ms. Belle's dedication and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel welcomed and supported throughout our trip.

And then there was Ms. Aurora, who accompanied us for an entire day in Bangkok. Her commitment to our comfort and satisfaction was evident from the moment we met her.
