My grandson and I had a wonderful time throughout the entire trip to Australia. Thanks to the Kimkim team for all your assistance but most importantly, to Jeab. She was absolutely wonderful. Attentive through out 18 days, she checked in almost daily. As with any trip, there are hiccups and her assistance throughout was outstanding! Thanks Jeab and to the Kimkim team for making this a memorable event in our lives
