Exceptional service here! My daughter and I were making a last minute trip to Turkey. Berat Ornek is a rockstar! Berat was able to accommodate our plans and made a very memorable trip a reality. She kept in constant touch thru the trip to ensure quality. We even got a chance to meet her in Cappadocia - she is lovely and the meal at her brother’s hotel was a highlight! Our tour guide Ozan Tokcan is one of a kind. He goes above and beyond at every step and became a friend and travel companion. We visited Istanbul, cappadocia and Izmir/Pamukkale - a special trip made special by Berat and Ozan!
