The Tour Guide, John was very accommodating, flexible and knowledgeable of all the places we visited. He was patient with us who loved to take pictures and sometimes, with loud voices. We all were satisfied with the experiences in the Rockies because of our experienced Tour Guide, John.
The Coach driver also, very patient, fun, accommodating and good teamwork with John.
Best driver, Mike really made us felt safe.

Bed was comfy. Only problem was we had a hard time bringing our luggages upstairs since no elevator.
