We had an excellent experience with this travel agency from start to finish. What stood out most was their reliability. Every detail: local tours and transportation—was handled with care and precision by Cristina. There were no surprises, and everything ran exactly as planned, which made it easy for us to relax and enjoy the trip.
They were also incredibly dependable. Whenever we had questions, they responded quickly and helpfully. Cristina was all the time in touch with us and assisted when needed.
I also want to mention our incredible guide, Eduardo, in Santa Marta, with whom we explored Tayrona National Park, the Bunkuany Trail, and Tayronaka Natural Reserve.
