My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 4 and a half day trip to Istanbul. Taking it all in would have been impossible without the valuable suggestions from the local KimKim travel specialists at Trail Travel. Communication with them was easy and comforting. The most vital part of the trip was securing the services of the same wonderful guide each day - Betul Basak. She made sure we saw the highlights of the old city and gave us a taste of the city literally with a fabulous food tour. She was easy going, easy to understand, knowledgeable with a degree in Art History but mostly we found her delightful. We walked a lot but that is common in a big city and Istanbul is huge! We also learned to use the excellent public transportation system. We had wonderful meals arranged and reserved by our kimkim travel specialist Berat. A very satisfying trip! We will use kimkim again.
Hotel Review
Incredible location, comfortable rooms, wonderful breakfast buffet and a delightful outdoor garden bar/lounge. We did not use the spa but it looked awesome. The staff was pleasant and responsive. We will gladly return.
