Second time using KimKim and the experience was terrific. Anders and the rest made some great choices for hotels and activities in areas that were completely foreign to us and our entire group of 10 enjoyed every minute. Onga in Alta is a must stay location and Lofoten should be enjoyed over several days (that was on us). One thing to keep in mind is that some of the hotels were not booked directly through KimKim but through online booking sites which when hiccups at check-in occurred we were on our own for working through resolutions. Certainly not a deal breaker but make sure you have all your confirmations/documentation at your fingertips.

Solid, upscale and centralized location you won't spend any time in because being outside is key to being in this town. Great water views.

Incredibly helpful staff, good location right off the ferry and 10 minutes to the airport. Was just a layover stop for us but nice to look out over the water.

Hi David,

It was such a pleasure working with you, and I’m thrilled to hear the whole group had a terrific time exploring Northern Norway! Onga in Alta is a gem, and I agree — Lofoten is always worth lingering a few more days.

I hope our paths cross again when Norway (or the Nordics) calls you back for round three!

Warm regards,
Anders
