Overall the trip was fantastic. While I think that it was near perfect, the number of things that were on our itinerary were too many and the number of daylight hours were just not enough.
I think that Chris could have been more clear advising us about the short daylight hours. (I too claim responsibility for not delving further into this) but otherwise Chris did a great job. He was accessible and was quick to respond to any questions before and during the trip. He offered a number of suggestions based on our first discussion.
Hi Savio, welcome back from Iceland! I'm glad that you enjoyed your time in Iceland. In retrospect, I should have given you some more information about the daylight hours and focused the itinerary more around the highlights that you could see during the limited time. Thank you for the feedback, and I hope that you decide to use the kimkim service for your next trip, wherever it may be.
btw, great photos! Jokulsarlon at sunset looks great, and I'm glad you were able to see the northern lights despite some clouds.
