Hi. We had. A wonderful time.

Philip our guide for our Hallstatt road trip was so knowledgeable and friendly. We appreciated the flexibility to tailor the trip as we went along.

The zoo visit in Austria was so special. Georgia enjoyed the animas immensely and learning more about them.
I ended up going on the city tour solo with Christina which I enjoyed so much. She was also so knowledgeable about the city’s history and I enjoyed chatting with her.
Overall a great trip and Camila and her team were in touch with us thoughout and available when we needed help.

This hotel was fine but didn’t provide the aesthetic we prefer when traveling. It felt like more of a mass travel hotel vs a define boutique hotel or a luxury property as we had wanted. It didn’t feel special at all. The staff there was nice however and we had no issues. We didn’t feel that we got what we paid for with this hotel. The cost of our trip was almost $5K pp and this hotel was under $300/night.

Thank you as well for the honest feedback about the hotel in Salzburg. Valentine’s Day weekend is one of the busiest times of the year there, and hotel availability becomes very limited, with prices rising across the city. The IMLAUER Pitter is a well-located and dependable hotel that we’re usually able to secure during busy periods, but we completely understand that its style may feel more like a classic large hotel rather than a boutique or luxury property.
