Kimkim surpassed our expectations. We thank our specialist Michael very much for all the help /planning / assistance during the trip.
His personal response as well as the organisation of colleagues/ tour guides / drivers were on the highest level.
Michael and the pepole of Chaska Tours have made a complicated trip to look easy, safe and enjoyable.
We felt that someone was watching us all the time without intervening our privacy which was very much appreciated.
Kimkim will be in the top of our priorities when booking other destinations

close to historic centre Very friendly staff Small room
We had a problem with a taxi driver that he overcharged us. Staff was not willing ( actually refused) to help, or even check the taxi plates of the vehicle from the security cameras despite our and Chaska driver persistance. Otherwise ok
We were alone in the finca with the security guide. The Coca-Cola that they served us 2 open bottles that was 3 months expired ( foto available) . Then they brought another one and asked us " is expiring November 2026 is ok?" ( but the cap of the Coca-Cola was from a beer. This was also then served open. Apart from that staff was excellent
