When our family decided to travel to Greece, I started to look into travel options and was immediately overwhelmed! I am so glad I found kimkim and Angela! Working with Angela to plan our trip was so easy. She asked about our priorities for the trip and our budget and then sent options for me to look over. As someone who never visited Greece, I would never have known which islands were best for families, or the best locations to stay. Angela took care of all of that and we had a wonderful time in Athens, Naxos, and Santorini. The tours and hotels were exactly as promised, and our 9-year-old felt like a VIP everywhere we went! I highly recommend working with Angela and kimkim to take the stress out of planning.

Hotel Reviews
Ava Hotel & Suites
Athens

We stayed in a suite on the 3rd floor and had a beautiful view of the acropolis from our balcony. The location was busy, which was perfect for us because we were able to walk to most every area we wanted to visit. If you prefer less hustle and bustle, you might not want to stay in the Plaka neighborhood. But once we walked through the hotel doors, we were in a quiet, cozy environment. The breakfast was lovely and we had an amazing stay.

Aegean Gem
Santorini, Thira

Nicholas and his grandmother created a wonderful stay for us in Santorini. The room was lovely and accommodated our family of four. The balcony was perfect, creating some extra space for us all to enjoy! It was a short 5-minute walk to the beach, ships, and restaurants. Being in Kamari was a great experience - we were able to rent a car easily through Nicholas at the front desk and drive to Fira (15 minutes) and Oia (20 minutes) to experience the larger villages and shopping, but come back to the less crowded side of the island for our evening.

Naxian Rhapsody
Naxos

Anna and Joanna made our stay so lovely. The Naxian Rhapsody villas are adjacent to the Naxian Utopia and both are owed by the same family - three sisters who represent the next generation in charge of the hotel. The hotel is outside of the village of Chora and a car is necessary if you don't want to be beholden to taxis, but we loved returning to our little oasis. Our villa was huge - two bedrooms and a large living space for our family of four. The sisters were able to provide great recommendations for beaches and restaurants and also helped us reserve a car for our time on the island.

We enjoyed being outside of the village, but for someone wanting to walk to restaurants and shops this might not be the best location.
