Planned the perfect trip

Ilse was incredibly responsive and planned an amazing trip for us. We enjoyed Japan and had a huge variety of experiences. Oku Japan was very helpful with some minor mishaps we needed help with. They really came through for us when we left our passports in a hotel safe. We had all the vouchers and information we needed and the trip had a beautiful flow and tempo. I highly recommend Kimkim and Oku Japan

Very large resort hotel in the mountains. Very different experience from our ryokans but incredible . The most beautiful onsens you can imagine set in lovely Japanese gardens. Room was luxurious and buffets were extensive with all you can drink.

So much to see in Kyoto. Nara was a bit too crowded and touristy. Would not do that again. Fun to walk around neighborhoods.
