Francesca was great as a local contact and kept us well informed every day of the tour. Our local guides were also very good - Carol in Turin and Margherita in Cinque Terre. We would have liked more time to get to all 5 towns or were better informed on how much could be accomplished in an 8 hr day from Genoa.
